Agilexi’s response to COVID-19

To our valued Customers, Partners, and Suppliers,

As COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) continues to affect our global community, we want to update you on the steps that we’ve taken to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and the business’ continuity for all our global customers.

Based on advice from the World Health Organisation and NHS, we have rapidly implemented a business continuity plan with specific steps to address the COVID-19 pandemic.

Being a cloud-centric organisation, you can rest assured that the delivery of our services and Google Cloud platform that they are deployed on will not be affected. As the situation continues to develop, we have asked employees in both our UK and other locations to work from home as a precaution.

We are well prepared to manage this scenario as part of our business continuity planning and we will maintain the highest levels of customer service and support. All of our existing customer support and sales email, phone and web communications channels will work exactly as they always have.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, and the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners at the center of our response plan, we have suspended domestic and international employee travel

Additionally, we have extended usage of virtual meeting technologies for all internal and external meetings.

Finally, we have made the difficult, but appropriate decision to either cancel or not participate in any industry events worldwide for the time being. We will instead be reaching out to existing and prospective customers using digital channels.

Agilexi’s executive team continues to closely monitor the developing situation and will continue to follow in-country government advice in all instances.
